    Super cozy and cute stay!

    Teresa and Phillip were super friendly. The home-cooked breakfast was delish, and they offered awesome 3-course evening meals. The room was comfy and had all we needed, but the TV was a bit outdated. Perfect spot for the Pleasure Beach and tram access.

    Rooms are cozy but the bathroom felt a bit cramped for us. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and the staff were really friendly. Perfect location, just a short walk to the Pleasure Beach and nearby mini golf. Parking was also a nice bonus.

    The cooked breakfast was spot on, using fresh local ingredients that make your taste buds dance! Plus, the staff were a lovely bunch, ready to serve up a smile. I totally recommend grabbing a bite at Bentleys Fish & Chip Shop just a hop away!

    If I'm being picky, the room and bathroom were a touch cramped, but we managed just fine. It didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.
